Palma started with one apartment on the Palm and a laundry bag in the back of a Corolla. Seven years on we keep 340 keys, employ our own housekeeping team of 28, and still cap the portfolio each year — because "hand-kept" stops being true the moment it becomes a spreadsheet word.
